2020年全新品，這是PRS在發表35th Anniversary三十五週年紀念版之前的最新型號，擁有與三十五週年同樣的408 Switch與TCI-tuned的規格系統。Aquamarine Blue海藍配色，琴面並不是10Top但是卻擁有非常漂亮的虎紋楓木。Custom是PRS一直以來最受歡迎的系列，不只音色上出眾，外觀也相當華麗。琴身為桃花心木，琴頸規格為Pattern Regular，指板為玫瑰木，原廠配置一組PRS 85/15 MT Pickups拾音器，這組拾音器能使高低頻各自擁有非常均衡、線性統一的出力，不會有傳統拾音器低頻混濁、高頻過尖的問題，除了基本的三段雙線圈的音色以外，透過琴身上的兩組Mini-Toggles可以分別切換前後段拾音器的單線圈，達到八段音色變化，也解決了傳統拾音器雙單線圈切換時造成的瞬間輸出率落差問題，音色相當全面的一款PRS。
