Guitar Shop Taiwan 與 Nik Huber Guitars 共同合作推出的「Taiwan Limited Edition 台灣限量系列」，本琴為該系列限量十五把中的第五把，由本公司與 Nik Huber 本人親自嚴選頂級木材打造。此系列的吉他皆附有專屬的台灣限定 Truss Rod 蓋板、Nik Huber 本人親筆簽名的背蓋板，以及一張特製的台灣限定版專屬證書。
Dolphin II 是 Nik Huber Guitars 非常經典且熱門的型號之一，它延續了原始 Dolphin 的設計理念，但在琴面弧度與音色表現上進行了改良。這把選配了由 Nik Huber 本人珍藏的 Nik Huber Private Collection 5A One-piece Burl Top，一整片無切割的樹瘤楓木琴面搭配 Tigereye 配色，展現出狂野又立體的木紋層次。
採用特選桃花心木琴身與琴頸，搭配精選巴西玫瑰木指板，其獨一無二的天然紋理展現出令人驚艷的視覺層次。指板第 12 格特別選配金色 Brass Dolphin Inlay，並搭配與琴身同色的琴頭貼面。細節配置同樣展現出極致講究，包括以珍珠母貝與鮑魚貝手工鑲嵌的 Dolphin Inlay、黑檀木拾音器框與旋鈕、玫瑰木背蓋，以及 Flame Maple 琴頸鑲邊，並全琴採用金色硬體配件，營造出優雅且獨具個性的視覺風格。以上皆為加價選配項目，從珍稀木材的挑選到每一處細節的精心搭配，都體現了對頂級工藝與獨特美學的不妥協，使整把吉他如同藝術品一樣。
琴身與琴面內部採用由 Nik Huber 本人與團隊歷時多年研發、經精密計算而成的蜂巢式中空結構（Honeycomb Routing）。此特殊設計在蜂巢的切割方向、深度以及木材共振頻率等方面皆經過細緻調整，不僅大幅提升共鳴表現，同時也有效減輕高品質桃花心木所帶來的重量負擔。前後拾音器配置為 Häussel Vin Pickups，音色溫暖且清晰，也提供了靈敏的動態表現。

The “Taiwan Limited Edition” series is a collaboration between Guitar Shop Taiwan and Nik Huber Guitars. This guitar is the number 5 of only 15 pieces in the series, crafted from premium tonewoods personally hand-selected by our company and Nik Huber himself. Each guitar in this series comes with an exclusive Taiwan Limited truss rod cover, a back plate personally signed by Nik Huber, and a specially designed Taiwan Limited Edition certificate.
The Dolphin II is one of the most iconic and sought-after models in the Nik Huber Guitars lineup. It builds upon the design philosophy of the original Dolphin, while introducing refinements to the top carving and tonal performance. This particular instrument features a Nik Huber Private Collection 5A One-piece Burl Top, personally reserved by Nik Huber himself. Crafted from a single, uncut piece of burl maple and finished in Tigereye, the top showcases wild, three-dimensional figuring with remarkable depth and character.
The guitar features a select mahogany body and neck, paired with a carefully selected Brazilian rosewood fingerboard whose extraordinary natural grain creates a truly distinctive visual statement. A gold Brass Dolphin Inlay adorns the 12th fret, complemented by a matching headstock veneer finished to coordinate with the body. The attention to detail extends throughout the instrument, featuring a hand-inlaid Dolphin motif crafted from mother-of-pearl and abalone, ebony pickup rings and control knobs, rosewood backplates, Flame Maple neck binding, and gold hardware throughout. These are all additional-cost custom options, thoughtfully selected to complement one another. From the exceptionally rare tonewoods to the meticulous finishing touches, every element reflects an uncompromising commitment to premium craftsmanship and distinctive aesthetics, transforming this guitar into a true work of art.
The interior of the body and top features a Honeycomb Routing structure, meticulously engineered and refined over several years by Nik Huber and his team. This specialized design incorporates carefully calculated adjustments to the honeycomb cutting direction, depth, and the wood's resonant frequencies. The result is significantly enhanced resonance and tonal response, while effectively reducing the overall weight associated with the premium mahogany construction. Both the neck and bridge positions are equipped with Häussel Vin pickups, delivering a warm, clear tonal character with exceptional sensitivity to playing dynamics.
From the initial concept to the final instrument, we worked closely with the Nik Huber Guitars team through multiple rounds of color testing, refinements, and discussions, continually striving for the perfect balance of color and visual expression. The result is a truly stunning instrument that not only brings the original design vision to life but exceeds expectations in its final execution.
